向Office PowerPoint插入Flash的步骤：
1、打开应用程序Microsoft Office PowerPoint，选择要插入的那张幻灯片。
2、选择：开发工具→其它控件。
3、打开“其它控件”窗口后选择“Shockwave Flash Object”确定，此时鼠标的光标变成“+”，按住左键拉一个区域。
4、在矩形区域内点击鼠标右键，选择“属性”，将“属性”窗口中的“Movie”值设为：*.swf文件的完整路径。(如：“myFlash.swf”文件存放在“D:\myFiles\”目录下，则“Movie”的值为："D:\myFiles\myFlash.swf")，
此时，你放映就可以看到flash的动画了。
