有关ORACLE not in 语句循环次数问题 求救
语句：select a,b,c from table where a not in('1','2','3')
数据：a：1，2，3，4
用oddr 读取时，会循环3次，请问怎么解决

select a,b,c from table where a not between '1' and '3'

再比如select a,b,c from table where a not in('1','2','4') 这样的话，就不能用between了吧
此语句不是单纯为了获取到'4'，而且条件也不是固定的
